1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

2. Production & Delivery

• All Nino Quiet Books are handcrafted to order.
• Production time is 7–10 business days for small books and 10–15 business days for large books.
• Shipping within Egypt is a flat fee of EGP 100.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
